Continuous Improvement

The Continuous Improvement team supports university-wide business and financial training, enterprise learning, and organizational readiness initiatives that help SDSU improve how work gets done.

This work includes developing sustainable learning strategies, coordinating training with subject matter experts, maintaining business process documentation, supporting knowledge resources, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, user adoption, operational effectiveness, and compliance with university and CSU requirements.

Through training, change management, communication, and process standardization, Continuous Improvement helps campus partners prepare for enterprise initiatives, strengthen operational consistency, and advance a culture of ongoing improvement across the university.
